Client Services Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll be the backbone of our customer experience. You’ll work directly with policyholders to ensure their needs are met, documents are processed, and coverage changes are handled smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with policy questions, renewals, and endorsements.
• Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) quickly and accurately.
• Maintaining strong relationships through responsive, friendly service.
• Supporting producers with administrative and client communication needs.
